Dodoni Kefalograviera is one of the most popular Greek cheeses, firm in texture and made exclusively from pasteurized sheep and goat milk, according to the authentic traditional recipe. It makes an exceptional side dish as it is excellent when grilled in slices or cubes, a pleasant accompaniment to red wines, or it can even be added to baked dishes or grated over pasta. Its rich flavor is both, uplifting and pleasantly surprising! Kefalograviera is similar to Kefalotyri, but slightly softer and less salty. This cheese is a happy medium between Kaseri and Kefalotiri.
